Whoa never played a game where I was allowed to lose to get stronger before! Kind of a power trip! Very clever and fun! :D

Brilliant! This is one of my favorite applications of the limitation. The game is fun as well. One thing to improve would be looking into hit boxes and invulnerability frames: I found a spot inside the orb from which the enemy is shooting in stage 1 where I was completely safe without moving and in stage 2 I'm pretty sure that hits on the enemy gave me invulnerability.

Very cute. I only died 9 times!

I love the concept of this, it's something we can all relate to lol. The presentation is really nice as well, the gameplay feels great and the art and sound design is good as well. Well done!

Game concept actually super funny haha. Honestly got caught by surprise when the first enemy died :)

I got lucky and missed any relevant bugs, also I DEFINITELY always picked "IDK Is Better", the true game plan!

Playing this on a trackpad was a challenge lol. I like the make pretend aspect of "oh actually I have" kinda thing, makes me feel nostalgic. Good concept overall, but I did run into bugs, like the boss not attacking or talking and getting soft locked, causing me to restart. Good game!
