I love the concept, and the game is actually really fun and addicting. I don't like that it's endless as it just keeps getting harder and harder without there ever being a reward. The sound effects are goofy and I like that but they also don't completely feel like they fit.
Overall, I like this game a lot though and the story and concept is super intriguing. I found myself very curious to figure out how the game works and I was not disappointed.
Really polished and fun game! I found it a bit too easy (due to how only a few cards are in the game once you figure out their interactions beating the game is pretty straightforward).
This is a very polished game for a Bevy jam, especially for a team of one. Great graphics, sound effects, and tutorial. I would have loved an ending for a sense of completion.
Minor criticism for the tutorial: It spent a lot of time explaining “obvious” mechanics, and then left me confused on the emotion spreading mechanic, which is the one thing that is (IMO) not obvious.
i would have liked some way to reject cards or act in some way on the hand.
Great execution and cool idea! I wish there was a win condition, but maybe there was and I just missed it :) The little in-jokes made me smile, good job writing those!
Thanks, and there's no ending, you're right.
Fantastic work!
Neat puzzle game, the briefing at the start was a great in-world way of teaching the mechanics while setting the scene. I think I managed to reach a chain of around 12 before I stopped. The cards in the game all have interesting uses, though I feel like there wasn’t much distinction between the non-happy emotions, so it would have been nice to see more cards react with that. Overall, a very polished experience.
Clever game! I liked the rust jokes! overall very well made game!
Great execution, awesome in game help. Very polished. I would have loved the order: anger -> hate -> suffering
This is a really fun idea! I love the visual style and vibe of the game, and the cards themselves, overall feels like a very polished package.
Great idea and very nice and smooth presentation. The cards feel satisfying as they move in place. Very good take on the theme and had some useful, visual explanations in the game.
This was such an interesting concept! I loved the at style, and it really fit in well with the theme of the jam. I think this has potentially to be a really fun game if you continue it on outside of the jam. The only constructive feedback I would say is that the card hover bubble was maybe a little to small and difficult to ready on web, but nothing major!
Fun puzzle game! Tralalero tralala!
