Simple and enjoyable. Good job!
Are we an amongus character? The upgrades make sense. The teleporting was jarring.
More variety and feedback would be nice.
Nice little game loop, would like to see this expanded! Some minor critiques, if you don't mind?
The upgrades don't really feel as though they have much impact except attack speed. This makes the loop feel kind of stale after a couple runs. Also, sometimes the enemies bug out and spawn in a wall or already colliding with the player.
Overall though, great concept and fun execution.
Nice simple game, the design is pretty nice, very easy to get stuck between enemies when moving to a new level, although this just gives a chance to spend the points you grab
Love the simple style 📮and quick gameplay loop. I noticed that sometimes when a room began some of the enemies would spawn on top of the player character and have some collision/clipping issues/kill the player instantly, but other than that, completely bug-free!
Simple game! I like the aesthetics of making the game extremely clean in style, very arcade like!
This game is sus (lol), i had fun playing it, simple yet enjoyable, would be great to add music too tho!
Thank you for the review!
There was actually meant to be multiple characters, but since I wound up not having enough time to make a character-change system, I just went with what I thought to be a simple humanoid bot, only to discover on the day after, to my shock and horror, that I made a black-and-white among us man the main character.
As for music, because of your review, I’ll be focusing on adding it, and as high quality as I can next jam!
Nevertheless, I’m glad you liked the game!
