Audio and visuals were great, and I loved the animations.
Unfortunately when it got to playing literally the only thing it let me do was click skip 3 times, watch the ball fall into the hole, and then nothing else from there. Clicking on the cards did nothing, even clicking near the top.
Maybe it's because I'm using firefox / linux? I did just notice the description says native builds are highly recommended but I'm not comfortable testing native builds unfortunately, and someone else commented the native build works even less well on linux.
It seems like a cool concept though and I wish I could have played it properly.
some effort went into this, but i experienced technical difficulties. At first i didn't know how to click on the cards. Turns out i had to click on the top of these. then the mouse was very floaty/laggy. I think the bevy team added something for that particular problem https://github.com/bevyengine/bevy-website/commit/14fbf1e1681aa71a6446d26d301538... Too bad i can't see your code, i'm curious about that issue.
Anyways good atmosphere in that game, and nice transitions.
On firefox It was difficult to hover on cards, on native linux clicking on cards anywhere did nothin. And as someone commented before - on firefox ball falling down consistently crashes on wgpu error
But love the style and music!
For some reason I wasn't seeing the pinball table on the native Windows build (maybe integrated gpu weirdness?) but I actually still had fun playing it pachinko style :D the music and art are really great.
Woah I love pinball! Took a while to understand how to get this working, but once it did, it was a lovely experience.
Great soundtrack and great atmosphere! Other than the features others have listed, I would have enjoyed some small extra paddles towards the top of the play zone for extra interactivity.
It was difficult to work out how to play at first, and there are still a lot of things unexplained, but I love the music and the visuals, especially the intro and loading screens. Selecting the cards and placing the pins was a little unintuitive, and it wasn’t clear how many points/uses each pin had before it disappeared. Also, placing almost any pin except the redirectors at the top right results in an instant lose. I like that you could hover over the pins to see what they do after placing them, and it was fun trying to keep the balls going. I think this could be really great with a little more polish and variety in the pins.
I wish we had spent more time on it. A tutorial was one of the last things we wanted to do, unfortunately there was no time. Thank you for checking it out and thanks for the feedback!
Audio and Visuals are very good. I've found the game confusing at first, since there's no explanation of keybinds, mechanics or what to do even anywhere. Once I've figured it out, it was fun to play. Another issue is the hitboxes of the cards. The hitboxes seem to have a very small height and are at the top of the card, which made selecting cards very annoying.
Other than that, its a great game!
Note, I played on the windows build.
i am going to wait until i play the native build before voting, but i wanted to drop a note that i love the style, especially the background!
The art and the music is crazy, unfortunate that the web build is bugged as it also seems like an interesting take on the theme.
The game looks great, but unfortunately the game freezes during a transition after losing the ball. I also can't click on the cards to buy upgrades. The game seems to have great potential though.
We really needed more time lol. On the native builds, you can select cards near the top. Thanks for checking it out!
