Great Idea, I had some trouble with drag and drop in safari on macOS. The drag and drop might have been better suited with a simple click then place, then placing multiple of a type would have been a little more fluid. The level design was excellent, awesome that you got a heap in there.

Very cool idea and nice retro visuals! I love the gameplay loop here, but I really don't like dragging bombs. The UX would be so much better if you could select bomb types with the keyboard and click to place them.

*facepalm*, that's a good idea! I was just interested in implementing the draggable UI element into the game when I was making it🫠

Woah, is that the same font as Dwarf Fortress? :D Very cool idea, and dragging the bombs felt very smooth. The audio is a bit grating after a while, but fortunately there are volume settings. In general, the UI is soooo lovely!

I think it is! I happened to pick it because it was built into bevy_ascii_terminal and it was a 10x10 font, simplifying our resolution choice.

I had a lot of fun with the UI! I tried creating something that was like Dear Imgui, worked alright for this!

those bombs advancing and me having to drag right at the perfect place, I just can't handle the stress !

Took me a little while to see i had to keep pressing for dragging. I'd like to see more feedback on that, like the bomb being visibly dragged.

I enjoyed it more than I thought I would! Got a deadlock on the first level because had < incoming and placed > and <3 right before the 2 peoples

Stunning visuals, I love the War Games feel. Couldn't get a single chain explosion in my playthrough though ðŸ˜
