I dont remember who gives you each book specifically but you should find the one given for the Embarassing Photo in your room, the one you recieve for the torn photo from the fireplace in the music room where you first see those gathered duplicate ghost girls and the one who recieve for finding a willing prey for the hungry maid in the kitchen where you intiially find the statue that needed a ruby.
