i think i'm too stupid to understand this so i guess i have to dock points for presentation, a better tutorial could have helped
nevertheless, i can tell this is one of the more original concepts here so i can give you full points for all the concept and theme use categories, good job!

Thank you for giving it a chance! We have realised a bit late that the game required a proper tutorial, and just ended up with a wall of text. Of course, jams are also for learning, so next time it’ll be better
I think it’s not unreasonable for a game to need a couple attempts to figure it out. I also out of habit skip a lot of dialogue and stuff so I could easily have missed it (I try not to in jams but alas)

There was just one guy with things falling on him occasionally, kinda couldn't figure it out :" I got the menus and stuff but couldn't tell if anything was happening w all the bars lol

Hey, thanks for checking the game out! I get it, we didn’t plan well and couldn’t manage to give the player a good enough explanation of the game itself, but the main menu has a tutorial. It is a wall of text (sadly), but we’ll definitely learn from this mistake for the next jam!
(Also we couldn’t miss the reference, deltarune ch3+4 just dropped, we had to :p)
