This is a unique entry, I dig the concept of tying rain into generosity. As some others have stated, I think having a tutorial at the start of the game would be nice, it took me a long while to really understand how to play the game. Similarly, I wasn't able to play for too long due to the spinning screen triggering my motion sickness. I think it can work, you'd just need to find a middle ground for it. Overall, nice work!

Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
I remember learning about the symbolism of rain pertaining to human kindness some years ago. It stuck out in my mind because rain is not something one might immediately regard as such a wonderful thing, especially if one gets caught in it unexpectedly.
So I began thinking about rain as a kindness, and the parts of life that immediately benefit. So I got the image of rain helping trees to grow, at first I thought about the colored balls being taken by the roots of trees and expressed as fruits. Later it made more sense for the plants to be flowers which could directly reflect chosen colors.
I made creative decisions around making raining something the cloud does intentionally, so as to make it something generous. This is accentuated by the fact that the act of giving of oneself comes with the danger of giving too much.
The flowers also help the Earth by relieving it of internal pressures in a way much more pleasant than the volcanoes that would occur naturally otherwise. These things add to the generosity of the cloud who struggles to rain more helpfully, rather than just keep its balance by offloading rain anywhere.
So, the more generous you are, the higher the score.
