I really enjoyed this game.

The difficulty ramp is a bit severe, making it quite hard to get to level 2. It’s also a little too easy to get an unbeatable setup with the right combination of 2 or 3 towers.

However, the concept is exceptionally fun, and I could see non-jam version with some balancing changes and more tailored tower interactions being fantastic.

The backgrounds hexagons reacting to events is really cool too, especially when you get towers triggering insanely fast.

This is neat. I found it basically impossible to get far enough to get a second tower. A more forgiving ramp might be nice.

I was hooked from the start! Absolutely stunning background hex animation and the ability to chain the towers is cool!

I ended up with exact tactics Jan Hohenheim mentioned, which pretty much allowed me to stay put and shoot one tower, I guess some balancing would make it better.

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but playing natively - there was no sound?..

Woah, this is fun :D Great movement controls, the speed is just right. And the hex shader is absolutely mesmerizing!
I played it until I built a little chaingun fortress that I hid inside, which seemed to make me unkillable. Maybe there should be collision enabled between towers and the player, though that would also require some way of removing them again, otherwise you can trap yourself.

I like how neatly the towers synergize with each other. After a while, I even knew the icons by heart, so the abstract art-style for them was only an issue at the very beginning. Shooting them and then seeing the chain do its thing is really satisfying. Good call on not making them fully automatic!

Very beautiful, satisfying controls, but it's a little bit too easy to get to powerful. I think lowering the base attach speed would help with difficulty.

Hybrid tower defense fun, good take on the theme, good spin on the genre. Love that background. I think a couple layers of mechanics and juice on this would go hard. Good job

I initially played this on “hard mode”, ignoring the towers to see how long I would last, but creating a grid of pure destruction is just too damn satisfying. I also love the sinking ground effect.

looks great ... tho it's hard to go past the first tower. would like some more info on what the tower does, icon is clear for shooting towers but i had one i didn't understand. no audio !

Clever! I thought the towers were automatic, it took me a while to realize you needed to shoot to activate them in a "chain reaction"

Would've liked to hear some sounds to go with the awesome visuals
