It needs a little instruction but once you get it, it's super easy to play and have a nice game.

It was confusing with having to use keyboard then buy with mouse without instruction. Also when I first started the game it did not tell me anything and i sat the pressing things for a few minutes. Also its a little repetitive but I like the concept

thanks for checking it out! i agree with all the criticism you have presented. if i were to work on this game more, then i would certainly make on-screen buttons and interactions in that way to make the controls less 'jank' feeling. the repetition is certainly a hurdle that i'm trying to get around. thank you!

Maybe to make it less repetitive you could make more card games and its random like poker and others

another idea was to add modifiers similar to balatro and word play to incorporate a deeper strategy.
