I think it's cool that you have 3 distinct stages with unique gameplay. Nice job! I didn't love how unforgiving the asteroid dodging or the boss battle were though since it meant having to replay through the whole game from the beginning when I died lol.
Thank you for the feedback! Ya I was going to make it so u can replay from the beginning of the stage, but it ended up causing glitches and I ran out of time lmao.
Ok, some basic complains that are really easy to fix: Unless you really want it, search a different, better fitting font for you projects. It can make a good difference imo. Same goes for the cursor. Its little to no work and impact is rather big. The background felt too washed out imo. Some more love into that or just a starfield background from the internet could have settet a nice mood. The pcb levels were nice, both feedback and brainpower wise, except the solution immediately dissapeared, some lighting up of the correct path would have given a nice touch. Would have probably not made all of them after each other. If you have different gameplay elements anyways i would switched to give the player more variety.
Thank you so much for the feedback! Also, I definitely agree that the puzzles were ending abruptly but I couldn't figure out how to end them, that's a great idea, to highlight when it's done.
This one has an interesting premise. I found the puzzles were pretty self explanatory at the beginning, since the pieces have set rotations. But I got stuck on level 5 and I felt the puzzle had suddenly gotten much larger and more complicated.
Music and visuals are fine overall. Good implementation of the special object.
Love this puzzle mechanics. Sadly the solution is hardcoded, so if you find one that is not the one you thought of you don’t complete the level. Needs some polishing but is a good game
Ya, due to the time restraint I just hard coded the solutions. I also have no idea how to code to figure out multiple solutions with random pieces lmao
In faced a similar problem with my game. I would play back the solution step by step making sure every step is legal.
Interesting, ok
I like that the whole game is not just rotating tiles. I think that with some polishing the game would be good enough.
