Cool concept! I liked the small brain-tickle you get from having to think of the N-segment displays as platforms.

This is a fun game to play. There is something elegant in the simplicity of the all white display. I like the level-complete animation. As Defrag mentioned, the off-screen indicator is spot on and easily taken for granted. I think the game would be much more frustrating without that one detail!
I like how you turned a n-segment display into a procgen platformer! This was nice riff on the theme. I appreciated the polish of the off-screen indicator when jumping off the top. I also liked the unlocked audio (and presumably color palettes?). What were some of the things that you planned but weren't able to reach in time?
There were supposed to be segments to allow alpha characters for an alpha mode (name is there, logic not ready in time) and there was going to be a glitch mode where everything including color and sound would randomize each shift.
Glad you enjoyed it! If you want to see alternate palettes, you usually unlock one after 100 points are earned in game and point totals are saved across runs for unlocks in persistent data.
Neat idea. I like that you have to think about the score before going to the circle. There seems to be an issue with the shifting when I press the button, it goes really really fast. Maybe you accidentally checked for held vs released? I would love to see another way the player can fail other than falling off the screen.
Yeah I ran out of QA time, have some edits to do. But the shift is supposed to be a shuffle, I did that for the effect. But some modes were not finished in time and some tutorial messages are wrong about what controls are used where. I may fix that Thursday.
Real good idea on that other way to fail. Maybe a different total you have to match out with the digits?
