Oh! I remember watching this dev log. I got the idea more from Zelda but I get the similarity of the trope lol
I liked the art and was really vibing with the music, though its a shame it ended halfway through. Also wasn't sure at first if that secret passage was a bug or feature haha. Fun game, nice work!

Had a lot of fun! Really liked all the sprites for the game! Especially the player character. As others noted the music stopped which made me sad because it suited the game so well. Loved all the short sweet levels. Would definitely play more levels! This game has a really strong vibe which I like. Epic job dude!

That was a great game! Really fun and the puzzle-ish platformer using the flames was fun!
I got stuck a few times and I wasn't sure if a few sprites where traps or just decoration, but I enjoy it a lot.

Really fun, and a nice score based game. I think if the game was more focused on puzzle and less on plataformer i could be even better, but i really enjoyed it 18 points btw. My music stopped during the last stage witch was a little sad.

Amazing! I really love the art style and sound effects, it works really well. The core gameplay idea is fun and innovative. It gets hard pretty quick, and since I'm quite bad at puzzles, I still have to beat the whole game but I'll keep trying. Great work!

Art is very good! Loved the animation of dark dudes freezing. The music was great, but it stopped looping after a while :( I didn't complete it though, got stuck at hitting the ceiling when jumping, made it through once and fell through the floor.. not sure if intended lol :D

Really fun. I love the idea and the art is great! The only issue I have with the game is that the jump is a bit clunky and can be very annoying in the later game. Good work!
