Game Description
You are the court wizard in the badlands of Oizara. When the country is invaded by waves of monsters the kings son - a true hero - is sent to fight against those. The problem is: the kings son may take all the fame and glory but is completely useless in battle. So you have to cast your spells from the shadows in order to protect him from the hordes of monsters...

How does your game tie into the theme?
You have to cast your spells from the shadows in order to protect the incompetent hero who takes all the credit.

Fun game, the fire collision was a bit wonky, sometimes the enemies would pass right through the fire. Otherwise, nice job!

Thanks for playing and the comment!

Yeah, I should have gotten to add a health bar to the enemies. Basically when the combo damage multiplier is too low, you need to hit them multiple times to kill them.

Ahhhh, I thought it wasn't damaging them. Got it, thanks.

Very nice and original idea, and it gets challenging once the tutorial is over.

Audio would probably deserve more love.

Creative idea, I really liked the interpretation of the theme as an "unseen hero". Good job!
