I like the artstyle and the theme about flooding. More details will be useful in the long run. Definitely looking forward to playing it in the future!
From what I saw in the images, it looks like you gotten something for the theme so far. The topic you are issuing seems to be about floods, which is a good topic to discuss. I can't wait until you expand on this project, when it becomes playable, KEEP GOING
While I had to go back to your sprint 1 submission to get more information, this is a pretty good representation of what a town transformation would look like. I'd like to see more details on how the player would complete this, outlining the progression system involved, and a small playable demo of this system would have been nice too. Still, it's a very promising idea, and hope you can ramp up in the production sprint. Good luck, and I'm excited to see where this goes!
