I really liked the concept and enjoyed the overall game but the enemies were a bit too fast and I really couldn't get very far.
I really like the funny little cat employee critter, he seems like a homie. Otherwise, the idea that you go fully into an ice cream machine to fix it is a fun idea! I think the sneak mechanic could be communicated better, and the camera seemed somewhat slow and zoomed in, but otherwise it was a fine stealth game. Good work!
To answer the question in your short description: No
My laptop is quite bad and the camera rotation speed seems to be based on framerate, or you're intentionally twitching my camera. In the last case: Stop that.
