It is stated in the Jam page, that the engine must be Scratch or a Scratch-Mod. TurboWarp is a Scratch Modification, so it is allowed.
Is Gandi IDE Allowed? I'm using TurboWarp but want to know and so anyone else knows to.
As far as I can tell, Gandi IDE is a Scratch Mod, so you may you it.
