Reminds me of Journey of the Prairie King from Stardew! Shooting gay laser beams at zombies is a hilarious game mechanic, I love it!

Really interesting laser mechanic! I haven't really seen that before. Has a good game feel and fun. Now I just need to figure out how to stop getting cornered lol

If you wanna build something similar, it's basically a RayCast (Godot4) that sets the endpoint of a Line2D (Godot4). Its pretty simple but effective. :D
And the corner issue - well - thats for the difficulty!

Yo I loved this game! It's got such a nice vibe going for it! I do find that the gameplay gets a bit repetitive after a while. However it is a Game Jam game, so that's to be expected! Amazing job!

jea we tried to find a good gameplay loop and had many more ideas, but as you know time flies in gamejams :D
But we are happy that you liked it and we will add some more variety as a post-jam patch!
