The street and the lights built a lot of anticipation.  I liked that.  And I played it twice through to see the difference in ending s based on my choice at the end.  The artwork was great retro art, and the street was creepy.  Good job!  I do wish the choices at the end had different endings.  But good work on this!

Neat short demo, I personally would have liked to see what happens if I don't stay in the light for a long period of time. The environment design is simply incredible.

The moment I heard that child laugh in the background as I was walking through a dark-night area to get to the next lit area, I felt the tension and horror at that moment since I thought some child will jumpscare me. The streets are definitely dark.

I also thought the short story telling was great. And what about the music? There were plenty of music that were just spooky to me.

Nice work! The environmental design was well-made. I think the pacing could be a little faster; I felt like I didn't know if I was progressing correctly.

Even though it was a short game, it still managed to creep me out, especially with the light system being the key item you had to chase down. That added so much to the tension!

Great aesthetic, the atmosphere feels eerie and creepy like it should for a horror jam, I just wish there was more to do lol, but good use of the art assets and music / sfx to bring the unsettle feeling to life. good job

I thought this game was well executed. I loved the art style, and the spotlights and screen effects are very well implemented. The game concept is really appealing! There is something inherently unsettling about walking down a dimly lit street alone at night, and your game captures that eerie feeling perfectly. However, I did feel that the ending was a bit anticlimactic. Great work!
