Nice job! I liked your theme interpretation and overall implementation! I wish the player could sprint so we could stay a little longer outside the cabin and perhaps a few visual cues as to where to go or how to interact, but I enjoyed the game overall.

thanks! what was your favorite part?

Being eaten after I got too cocky and went fishing before the monster had fully submerged again in water xD

Really enjoyed this one! The sea setting felt immersive and full of tension. The Leviathan encounter genuinely shocked me. Well done on the scares. The visuals were great, and the audio brought everything together perfectly.

Just a tiny note: I think I could have used a bit more guidance as a newer player, but that didn’t take away from how well the game was put together. Great job!

I really enjoyed this game, it was simple but cool level design!

I struggled with this one. Don't really understand the mechanics at all, and I'm not really sure how you're supposed to escape the monster. If it's RNG, I don't like that.  But I thought it was alright, just buggy.

Video will be viewable on July 4th.  Please don't take what I'm saying personally, these were just my thoughts while playing.

Your supposed to hide in the hut (for lack of a better term) on the ship.

Submitted

I've tried that. It doesn't seem to work.

Developer

Well Idk

Developer

ok I watched the gameplay footage and the game isn't bugged, you only can hide before it fully surfaces and the furnace is behind the hut (it's only now really setting in how awful of a design choice it was to add a fireplace in the hut)

Gotcha ok.

Thanks! What was the part you liked the most.

The first appearance for the monster, the sound it makes actually scared me.

Thanks, I was trying to be eerie with that

hello there, if you could, can you review my game please :) it would mean a lot. it's ok if you don't want to.

I can't cook the fish

edit:

nvm, I didn't know it was around back, thought it was the furnace on the inside

Developer

Yeah putting a fireplace in your little hut was not the best idea now that I think about it
