im not sure if im blind or just dumb but i need help to find the flower ive looked every where ells in the outside

ive got the bone water brick clock hand in the zone but just cant find the flower

also if the dev sees this "fantastic game sadly i need hints tho soz"

The 'flower' is found in the same area you got the brick, it's usually people trying to figure out how to get at the flower not spot where it is

where was the brick again?

The brick was found just a little south of the water fountain near the manhole cover you emerge from when escaping the underground
