Hello, thank you for participating in the first OPR Mission Jam! Please email marketing@onepagerules.com so that we can send you the participation models! Please include 'OPR Mission Jam Participation Minis' in the subject line.
The terrain setup rules are murky. The LOS-blocking terrain doesn't have a listed size, nor a minimum distance from the objective. Does this mean the entire center should be LOS blocking? Is the LOS-blocking terrain one-way, or can units within it not see outside of it? Between oddly confusing setup rules and a lack of significant growth theme, I'm not liking this mission much for this competition.
Should think about adding an objective section with VP conditions
"Deployment zones to be set up as spearhead with objective marker in the centre and line of sight blocking terrain from the top of the deployment zone." What does that last part mean?
the intention is to have a piece of terrain between the two tops of the deployment zone. This is to not have a direct line of fire from the top of the deployment zone to the other and a turn 1 free shot for whoever wins rolls first. Thanks for the feedback, I'll work on making it clearer
The minimum amount terrain is very concerning. 10 pieces won't go very far on 6'x4' table.
Thanks for the feedback. 10 pieces is meant as the minimum amount of pieces , 10+ as in 10 or more. when playtest, since deployment is on the 4' side of the table, units could be outranged rather than hide in cover. Play was more fun and dynamic with less of the terrain. Most of the terrain pieces on hand a probably considered large to medium. I can see a scenario where more terrain would be needed if there are only small terrain pieces on hand.
