Pretty cool game! I didn't understand anything about what I was doing, though. Some tooltips that pop up when I mouse over the buttons would be a godsend. I had no idea what the buttons did or what any of the resources in the side bar were for. I think the flag button sends my dudes out to gather stuff? I read through the instructions a few times on the itch page, but I couldn't really translate what was said there to the actual gameplay. Still, the graphics were great, the music and sound effects were on point, and I still enjoyed sending those little guys bouncing across the map! Nice work!
The game has interesting gameplay
It would be good to have a tutorial inside the game, and... I think I broke the game because it stopped when the timer reached 00:00 and I clicked the minus button on one of the materials 😨
But it has potential, is fun and the art is very cute. I think it could be a good game for mobile. Great job!!
Thanks for noting that bug, and glad you enjoyed!
Cute game, although I had to read the itch.io page a couple of time before I understood the buttons :p
Got to the goal and the game crashed D:
It was fun once I understood the concept of selling materiales, also the assets looks great :D
Haha it didn't crash I just didn't get time to implement a proper victory screen D:
Glad you enjoyed and your comment about the art means a lot cause your game looks fantastic!
Yeah, watching them round around is pretty cool. Somehow at first I didn't realize what exactly do I need to buy more ants, so it was a bit confusing. Sadly, the game crashes after you make like 300 ants or something, but I enjoyed it anyway
Simply collecting money isn't fun, I want MORE ANTS haha
Ah yes I didn't get time to make the tutorial but glad you enjoyed!
Also I think the performance issues are worse because its on web, should comfortably run with about 700ish ants.
It's satisfying to watch the critters going back and forth.
