Regarding the titan's stats—

  • The example for the titan's starting Tough value doesn't make sense math-wise.
  • Maybe it would make more sense to go for a smaller increment for the starting Tough? The default size for AoF is 1500pts, so the titan size going up by some amount every 500pts instead of every 1000 might be more fitting. This would also remove the issue that atm if you played with 750pts armies the titan would technically have Tough(0).

I like the idea of having a titan that consumes the objectives and in turn becomes more valuable points wise.
I do feel like there was a touch of overexplaining here and there. Sometimes it's unavoidable and examples are needed, but I think it's better if the rules are clear enough that examples aren't needed. The NPC AI is also a touch complicated/messy for my liking.

This mood board is, "chef's kiss."

I'd say this is a good mission that needs a touch of clean-up.

Concepts & Originality

Moodboard is ok. Includes Models but no model of a Titan. There is a picture though of two of them fighting.
Flavortext is fun.
I made several missions I didn't submit and one of them was fighting an NPC Titan. It's a cool concept.

Rules Clarity
There are some superfluous rule that repeats the core rules.
The game seems modestly complex. I don't think it's to bad.
The Titan seems extremely easy to kill since it has no Defense.

Adherence to Theme
A Titan that eats stuff and objectives and grows from it is on theme.
Running around the terrain and eating things is a cool idea.

What rules repeated from the core rules do you mean?
Also, I stumbled over the lack of Defense as well initially, but I think the idea might be that you have to weigh attacking the titan (which can theoretically hurt both sides equally) against attacking your opponents. Any action invested in attacking the titan is an activation you don't spend trying to get ahead of your opponent.

I like the inclusion of scaling the central foe per the points value, that was a nice touch.
