Saw this in the last patch notes. What does this mean?

In the Dream house mirror you can increase the dream version PC base size and some of it trickles through to the real version

Max limit is increased with dissonance and dream house library achivements

you can increase your size over the limit it just wont stay

Most likely need a new save file if you have a save prior to the dream house patch

so if i understand well, we have to increase size body with the "imagine" menue with the purpple orb and after do the achievement.

And finally got the "body size up" in real world.

Just that ? Use purpple orb and do achievement ?

Pretty much yes just use those purple orbs, and any size up/increases should carry back over as long as you have the threshold set for it if you don't it won't; I learned this the hard way but thankfully I had a save I could go back to, to undo it.
