Cool concept. The mechanics have a lot of potential if combined with some diferrent reward, but great execution either way. Nice work!

I really liked the art, colors, and UI design! The game did get a bit confusing for me as I progressed, since I wasn鈥檛 always sure what did what, but overall, good job!

Really loved the idea, sometimes I thinks melon should have been happy with my combination of words but he's not (who could understand this lunatic after all...)  apart from that, really fun, great art style; well crafted game, congrats :)

yep, truly another tremendous parody. The only issue I have is to figure out what effect different keywords have. This makes it feel very much like trial and error to see the effect of different keywords or maybe keyword combinations. 

On the other side I think such a game depends a lot on trial and error, beside a more detailed explanation some sort of hint / report would have been great. Could be just a random "tip of the day", or even cooler if based on what you chose.

Game is fun, great satire, indeed there is some confusion on what does what, or if the combinaison are worth something or not but the concept is vey cool

Love the art style, UI, and the concept, with the way it works with the theme. I saw on another comment you mentioned you planned a second phase , which from the sounds of it would round of the gameplay loop better as right now it is a bit repetitive. Stil, fair play for getting something in and well done to the team.

I love the satire behind this game and I think this has great potential to become a great game. If I had to be honest, I found the gameplay very confusing at the very beginning, but as I kept playing I learnt the game flow and I ended having a great time. Sound effects are pretty good, maybe you should consider adding music? Good job!

I once worked on a game that was a bit similar to this one, it suffered the same issues as well. I like the game idea and art, good job. After a while of playing, confusion sets in as I am not entirely sure who likes what and what I am supposed to be clicking to balance the bars. I'm sure that if you had more time, you could make that more apparent.

Thank you for your feedback! Indeed, we had a lot more planned, but as usual for a first game jam (I assume), we could not implement everything we wanted. For instance, we had to scrap the second phase where you'd actually build news from collected cards.

I got up to around 1000 points I think. One thing I liked was the color palette and how the UI and the game itself has the same base colors. The gameplay is very simple, It would have been nice if there were more features and complexity.
