The game revolves around trying to start your car to escape the woods and get as far away from the monster trying to eat you.

Got through my first attempt without any jumpscare. Cool mechanic tho, well done.
I quite enjoyed this one, the audio cues were very good and how you could inadvertently obscure them while starting the car is a nice touch to keep the tension up the whole way through. Got me a couple times too with the scares but I had a good time with it. Very good game that is a clever take on the theme too.
It would have been amazing if the arrows could be bound to keys but otherwise, this was really good and the art design for the game, assets and the title is amazing. I also loved running over the thing at the end, you guys did great!
Edit: Just realised the whole time I was playing it I just wanted the car to start, well played.
Great short horror game, managed to defeat it in one try! I was quite impressed by the animation for such a short time, very well done!

Really great game! The art, sound effects, and general atmosphere of the game are all very enjoyable. My only critique is difficulty wise, I feel like I definitely should have been caught up a few times after doing a few too many ignition attempts. I like how the idea connects to the jam theme, never would have thought of a starting your car horror game but it makes a ton of sense. Great job!

Love the title screen with the creepy ambience. The added posters after i fill half the ignition was a nice touch. The sound design was pretty good. The gameplay was nice but it felt a little too easy for me. I just kept spamming the flashlight on all directions and then try to start the car lmao. Would be more of a challenge if the flashlight has limited battery and the monster gives off a sound effect depending on where he's at. Overall pretty good
