Very fun game, through this post I actually learned that the game I was thinking of was called Paper Please and I really like that concept implemented with food, and the art was very well made, the only tip I might have is actually making it harder for the player to do specific things like moving slower or occasionally failing to grab the paper the more fingers you lose, other than that, great concept!

I love the clever use of the Papers Please mechanic! It was a little hard for me to understand how to apply thou, basically I don't know the language in the itch.io page. I did not understand how to know how many vegetables I need for recipe, I couldn't find a way to know the ingredients so I was just guessing by the name lol

Loved the Paper Please for veggies idea, a lot less fan of the body horror, but I understand it is a popular style!

Woooow paper please cook version !! It’s oppressive I like it.
However some sound design // music could have made the game even more oppressive :O The whole cutting fingers off stuff was also very neat as a hp system Great job !!!

Very impressive, it really felt like Papers Please but Cooking, it took me a bit to understand what was going on until, and once I did, it clicked magically. I mean, the art, the music, and the gameplay was spot on. I wanted to continue, but the finger thing part broke it for me (I can't stand gore), if there was a way to avoid that mechanic I would've kept playing.

Wow this is such an awesome concept! Papers Please + Cooking! Presentation is awesome, not sure what the lore implications of cutting off your fingers are… The gameplay was truly well done. The one issue is player feedback. You don’t exactly make it clear that to add ingredients to a recipe you need to press accept, then press on an order, but once I got the hang of that, the game was actually really fun! One thing you can do to mitigate this is to add more player feedback, such as outlines to show where to click next. Overall, incredible work!
