w game specially made with python good job and for the first time too
if u can rate my game too:)
Thanks! It was pretty cool making this Python!
It is simple and could use more strategy, like having specific desired fruit. And there could be more feedback on how much you are gaining from each box so I can strategize for bigger rewards. Maybe a popup of how much silver you earn when a fruit is taken.
At some point I was able to combine different fruits into the same stack. I don't know if that was on purpose or a bug.
Once again, different fruits fusing wasn't intended. 馃槄
And yeah, having more information told to the player would be interesting.
I didn't wanted to clutter the game with too much information all at once so I kept it simple (also because of time limitations).
Although this game is quite simple, its still very fun and feels like something I could pick up and put down at any moments.
I'd love to see this game taken further!
I'm working on it!
Great submission for your first gamejam.
What was supposed to be the 4th Box of fruit? Got 300 gold currency but shop continued to only sell apple pear and oranges.
Enjoyed my time here!
I only created 3 fruit boxes just to show the concept but it could be pretty cool to add more with different prices, visual differences. Thanks for playing!
Very solid and surprisingly fun mechanic. For how barebones this game is, it is really very engaging and relaxing. Would love to see it expanded. Overall, super impresive for a first jame, Well Done!
Wow, that's sweet. I do want to expand upon the mechanics to make it better.
I did wanted at some point to participate in a jam but I never got enough time or experience to do it.
It was even more challenging since I tried to use Python instead of GameMaker.
I like how the customers shop on their own. Great concept for a game and it was executed well. It could expand on more information about what makes customers want to buy more stuff, or about how to win more in general. Overall, nice job.
Ok, that's a pretty good advice to improve the game.
Like the concept! Nice, simple, easy to grasp the general idea.
Yeah, that's true. 馃榿
This game is cool. I did have my apples turn into pears once but that might be intentional. There is no clear benefit to upgrading but I get the idea.
No, it wasn't intentional. 馃槄
I planned to give gold currency when you fused fuit boxes but I wanted to avoid adding bugs to this version of the game.
I really enjoyed this game it was super satisfying to see customers come in and purchase the fruit. Great work!
Thank you!
It was a bit confusing what you are meant to do but it is a cool idea!
Yeah. I didn't got time to explain the game to the player.
Do you think I should put a tutorial?
I tried making some buttons blink and masking others so that you know what to do.
Yeah definitely that should help. Or at least explaining what is the goal of the game, what do you get for xp (saw it in the other comment) and what do you do with money etc
I added a short description to explain everything. 馃憤
I didn't understand the B thing on the left, but it was fun selling all that fruit. Great work.
At first, it was meant to be a second currency but I scrapped it so I used this sprite for the XP.
You gain XP by buying boxes and clicking the "Go!" button. At level 2, unlock pear boxes and orange boxes at level 3 but that's it.
Thanks !
Nice game but improve your page by adding even a one line description of the game and improve the UI
But i liked the concept
Thank you! For the concept, I got inspiration from Clash of Clans and the attack system.
I also plan to update the page soon.
