Feels very chill, I went through a few levels before I decided to call it, I think I saw everything.
Game play is pretty simple, I mostly just started spamming power plants as soon as I could and I just sat there and watch number go up as the chill music plays.
Very relaxing, nice work.
I agree with the comments that a small tutorial would go far here, but, besides that, really liked the overall vibe and the map controls feel really good too.
Very well thought out concept and execution as well. The gameplay feels smooth and easy to get along. Nice work!
I absolutely love any game that is hexagon based. I found the concept to be quite original and well implemented. Sometimes I forgot to check on how my people/satisfaction was doing, and would find out that I've only got like 10 left and die. It would be nice if there was an audio and visual warning when it was dropping. Some kind of real-time satisfaction graph that is always showing could be amazing. I also liked how you had to be careful when deciding where to place the power generators. Anyway, I had a lot of fun with the game. Keep up the good work.
Very cool idea, love seing the bestagones :) Well done
Hex-maps are challenging to implement. I have a lot of respect for a developer who decides to make a hex-game for a jam!
Lack of explanation but the game is actually cool and chill but it definitly deserve either a tutorial or an UI you could mouse over.
Nice graphics and the music, especially that piece playing on the title screen, is very good. As others have mentioned, it's a bit obscure at the start without any instructions. I made it to level 5 before the initial rush to place a few things to keep the population from dropping to 0 was too fast for me. I think it would add an interesting layer to the gameplay if that was a more present threat throughout the entirety of a level.
Was a bit hard to understand without any tutorial but for the time limit was very cool!
I have no idea why I keep losing the second I put down a second wind turbine in the second level.
First of all I LOVE the name super funny. I really like these kind of simulation/city-builder style games and this was very fun to play. I really liked the music and art. Just my one nit-pick is that is was hard to navigate around the map because the only control was zoom. Anyway great game! Keep up the good work!!!
