Yes - I'm new to game jams!

How does your game fit the theme?
The game revolves around "programming" robots and then having them do things, so in this case getting started is the process of configuring them.

This was an excellent experience. The gameplay called for a responsive and readable UI and you really nailed it. Could've been so frustrating, but nah. This concept could really be expanded on if you'd like. Excellent work, man! This is one of the best in the jam in my opinion

Really fun game, I really enjoyed playing through it. It was a bit hard to gague distance sometimes, so maybe you could add something for that? Also I think levels 8 and 10 were the same, you might have missed that. Still loved playing, great job on the game

really cute and really cool puzzle game! with some music and polish this could be even steam-worthy if you added more levels, very nice job

You've made a REALLY cute puzzle game here! I enjoyed it quite a lot!
A little bit more polish and iteration will make this game even greater! The lack of music and satisfying SFX took me out a bit, but it is a game jam.
Overall great game, just needs some more time in the oven!
As a fellow newbie, great job! ✨

Very cool concept

I like the idea and execution of the game, the one thing I would say could be improved is its hard to actually see the level before attempting it so it feels like you have to do one attempt before being able to attempt at all. I'd also say it needs music, but other than that, Great Job!

I liked the mechanic and there were some cool ideas. The amount of levels was also quite impressive for the short time frame. The presentation maybe could have been improved with some more sfx or music, but overall nice job.

Had a lot of fun playing the game! It ties into the theme really well and the puzzles were satisfying to progress through.

very fun idea! i thought the robots were very cute. i found it a little hard to know exactly how far each move block would move me, i think maybe because the grid on the tiles is offset by half a tile? regardless, had a great time!

This is a super creative concept, and you made some really cool puzzles with it. My favorite is stage 13; I like how you have to make the CarryBot place the block behind itself early, so that it doesn't end up falling and blocking the CrawlBot. I also really like the pixel art UI on the phone.

I do wish that it was a bit smoother to transition between looking at the level and looking at the phone, though. Maybe the levels could be shrunk down a bit, and aligned with the right side of the screen, so both the phone and the level can be visible at all times?

Great game!

This is an incredible game! Fun concept, great execution, pretty intuitive, I love it. The only thing I would have done is either some way to run the program at 2x speed or have some kind of distance visualization so that when I am 1 unit off (like I was a lot lol), there's less guess-and-check. Overall though, love it, great contender for placing highly.
