I might’ve hit the Firefox bugs others mentioned. I couldn’t interact with anything once I entered the shop. Seems like a really neat concept that would be cool to see expanded on!

There is a start of something here, nice first entry, starting with physics 3D is ambitious, well done :)

couldnt seem to get it to work for me on safari or Firefox

The same for me, it froze, but also with a black screen, except one really shady object that looks a bit like a giant screw standing upside down, I can't even tell what it is. So I wasn't able to play it at all.

If you used GPUparticles, both their 2D and 3D variants, this might be the or at least one of the issues with lag / crashes on web. So you might better use CPUparticles. I made the experience in my previous jam game, which turned out to be the issue for my project.

After the opening dialogue the game completely freezes for me.

I tried playing twice but each time I was unable to enter the happy shop, I would get stuck on the door and eventually my controls would reverse. Sadly I couldn't play much of your game.
