neat little rpg, but man its really tough
I think it is a good start. But they are some bugs and the progression is'nt much interesting thant that. Ennemies are way stronger, and there are not any art or graphics.
Game got stuck fighting my first spiky-druid. Is there something I'm missing? Seems like a fun little rpg. Consider doing a 'Flip H' on the player sprite when moving to the left, it looks like the hero is running backwards :)
Hi, thanks for the review! Could you tell me more about the bug you encountered? I can't reproduce it. And about the "Flip H", it was supposed to be done but with all the content and the bugs, I completely forgot to do it (even if it's just one line of code)
On the first spiky_druid that attack me I could choose to attack him, and then he return attacked, after that pressing enter with "fight" highlighted the second time, it didn't do anything. I tried it again after restarting the game, and the bug didn't repeat, probably just something random that happened the first time. You achieved a lot in a short time considering the world design, fight system, saving and waypoints. Well done!
