Ranked from 12 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

Artistic Statement / Use of Theme
The game focuses on the un-natural disaster of oil-spills and it's impact on marine life. The game explores the tools emergency responders may use during these oil-spills.

Development Summary
The major changes that changed was the vision versus the outcome. The outcome turned out incorporating each team members unique style or interpretation of the carnival style game.

Release Plan
We want to expand the game through a cloud-save high scores and add different levels to represent oil-spill history. We also need to add more features to the game such as a timer, tutorial and UI. We do intend to work on it through our new studio Bodega Cats.

The art did lead my attention. Probably one of the games that has easy mechanics. Having some audio could've been better. It's amazing that you made this by yourself. :)

Very cute game, I like the concept, and gameplay is very simple. Would love to see more visual and audio feedback when you score or hit something wrong. But overall very nice and simple!

Okay, the game is really interesting with easy game mechanics. And oil spill is a huge issue especially in my country Bangladesh in the Sundarbans oil spill caused a huge issue several years ago. I appreciate you making a game on this.

I would say a different shape for different types of bullets/projectiles would help differentiate it better. And some sort of slow motion effect when successfully cleaning the oil spill. Sound and feedback for able to hit the ducks and oils. A better balanced timing structure would make the game better.

Otherwise good game man.

I really enjoy the concept of the game, and the gameplay feels fun once you get used to the controls. I think the game requires more VFX for scoring and switching weapons. Very nice!

Zip file seems to be broken but game works fine in Itch.io.

This game is very simple but very well done. The message of oil spills is carried throughout from the page and within the art style. While I think you could expand the scope of the game, it works very well in its current form. I will love to see what this team creates next! Quack Quack!

This is a nice little game, and I see the carnival game inspiration! Small details like an indicator/color change to know which mode you're in, making sure the pipe can't aim downwards, etc would make the game feel a lot better. Otherwise, you have a good base here and hope your future work goes well! p.s. the losing sound is very fun :)

I really like the work done on this project during the jam. I have not looked into your game until now, but it is very cute, and I love the plot of taking care of the ducks that are being affected by oil spills. I will say that if you guys plan to work on this project more, I would encourage you to maybe use the player's mouse as the angle you are able to shoot. Using A and D makes sense, but making sure I was creating the correct angle to get the duck rather than the oil was a little hard for me.

Great job guys!! :))))
