Very original concept, it took me a bit to understand what to do but once I figured it out it was pretty cool, it did get a bit repetitive and the time constraints were never a worry because when I would go back up onto levels it wouldnt let me get any more stuff so I pretty much just clicked on the exit door when there was still like 150 seconds left

Developer

thank you for your feedback, we can deffinitely make the timer shorter, thank you for your kind words.

Very original concept and great music—especially on the title screen. While the gameplay can feel a bit repetitive, it's still enjoyable overall.

If you noticed, the game starts as a hungover grandson on the roof, getting a call from grandpa. and the art for the end game background was made in such a sense to give you a feel of a loo. it shows the same mentioned grandson, drunk, again, lying face down on the roof. so the repetitiveness aspect was planned in a way. The doors are randomized every time you get into the level too.

Knock, knock, grab bottles, get wasted :D

I can feel you understand our concept, the ingredients are for traditional Croatian spirit called Schlivovitza.

ooooooh amazing !! What is the name of the spirit ?

well done with the visuals! the only negative is in the roof of the department, the movement is strange because of the plain background.

Nice game!

Developer

as soon as we can we will update it to be a nice starry sky just like the one you can see in the options menu background. Shoutout to your youngest member of the art team for that one :D, thank you for your kind words

Cool concept but theres really no downside to just running up to every door and knocking

Developer

Have you tried knocking twice? if not, there's an updated web version now, with sound and mechanic on the neighbour working. thank you for trying out our game tho :)

Interesting game, I think I may have some insight into the UI scaling issues with the game as I'm familiar with similar things in Unity. Certain aspects of the overlay don't scale correctly based on screen size, so text is offscreen, or there are huge black letterbox style bars that obscure the game, which requires switching back and forth between fullscreen and not fullscreen to see everything. If I had to guess, you have a canvas element set to constant pixel size/physical size, when it should probably be set to scale with screen size. I am unsure if this is the exact issue, but I think it's likely part of it.

Also, love the art and the character's animation!

thank you for the longer comment, I am unsure when we will be able to update our game files but when the jam voting period ends, we will continue working as we did not add any music or sounds whatsoever and there were some mechanics that we really wanted to implement too.

Thank you for the part about art and animations, we had a really good team of artists who did an amazing job!
