This is amazing for your first game. The music and gameplay is really good (even if its really punishing when you die). I had a lot of fun finishing it :)

Yes - I'm new to game jams!
How does your game fit the theme?
The main character is an explorer, that spent all his life searching for a relic to return home and retire. After getting the first relic, he finds out that there are more rooms, and can't resist to keep exploring. It was the end of his journey, but now, it's just the beginning of a new one. (He just get started)

I like this, the gameplay is fun and I got anticipated SO MANY times. Really nicely done.
This is one of my favorite jam entries! The ONLY complaint I have with it is a bug where inputs will "delay and stick" for like 5 seconds at a time, which happened infrequently, but enough to stop me from attempting a game speedrun! The puzzles were neat and well thought out, the game looks incredibly stylized and coherent, and I loved the platforming! The bonus level was really fun, intentionally abusing the coyote time. Great work!!
Thank you really much! The delay bug is 100% caused by the browser version. But don't worry, I'll make a free steam version and it won't have any performance issues!
Also, I'm glad you liked the coyote time jump 😁 The full version will have a tutorial to teach new players how to do those tricky jumps!
I did not expect a 2d indiana Jones platformer. The art is really simple and clean. But the added effects , made the game in a way more detailed. The movement are nice to move around. The camera movement really gave a better experience overall. Do you mind checking my game
My dev, this was fantastic.
You did an absolutely stellar job. Your character controller was basically perfect (the only thing I was unsure of was jump buffering), the level designs were fun, the camera was excellent - really all around this was just perfectly solid.
You got *so much done* and I think you deserve a ton of kudos.
One of mt fav games if not my fav game in this jam loved everything about it from the mechanics and puzzle platforms to the dust particles when the platforms falls also the art is super consistent and looks crisp and nice loved it and the sound effects were on point also the dialogues were a great touch really well done and polished game great job, if you dont mind playing my game which has a kind of similar idea to yours i would be grateful.
This was a super fun game! The levels were super fun and I love the art. Great work!
This is pretty good! Though my game crashed in the big room where you had to go when everything was about to collapse. But I liked it!
wow that's a FANTASTIC game!! i loved the art style and the gameplay was so fun overall. that's really a great job!! the speedrun level was so fun, it put pressure and adrenaline! also congrats on your first jam, that's impressive!
Cool puzzle platformer, some of those puzzles are hard but super fun to play! Also congrats on your first jam!
Really awesome game! Best puzzles out of any I've played so far by a mile. I really liked level 7 in particular. Great job making the blocks seamlessly fall out of the ceiling, and the screen shake and particle effects when they hit the ground are an excellent touch. Also, 2D platformer with primary action mapped to left mouse click gang represent.
What a game! I really loved it — I hope it wins! Maybe then you could add a level editor, which would be awesome. I just want to mention that the first jump in the bonus level felt a bit glitchy — sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t — so I didn’t enjoy that part much. But overall, this is absolutely my favorite game in the jam!
Pretty cool puzzle platformer! The visuals are great.
The gameplay is simple but so satisfying, it's like transforming troll levels into puzzle mechanics. Level design is something I definitely need to learn/practice more, you made so many different things with the same elements! Difficulty was at the right spot too I think. Great job!
Wow, amazing and challenging game, took me an hour to finish all levels, the only problem, at least for me was the moment that I will put in the screenshot. I had to restart the level like 5 times because I couldn't take that stone because I forgot about the spikes)))
But in general I enjoyed the challenge
, especially the bonus level)
Nice art that fits the "Treasure Hunter" aesthetic well. Challenging, but fun. Good puzzles that increase in difficulty in a balanced feeling way. Good hints on what to do without directly telling the player. Really nice to have gameplay state save/persist. I first played the game yesterday and came back today, picking back up where I left off!
This is really good! The art is perfectly simple and the level design is challenging without being convoluted. A lot of the jumps felt like I had to wait till the very last moment and hold the jump the entire time I'm in the air, which I'm not sure how I feel about. I think there should probably be more leeway but maybe making each jump induce anxiety is the vibe you were going for.
