How does your game tie into the theme?
The goal is transfer wealth from customers to your landlord by giving them things to CONSUME. All the music and 90% of the sound effects were recorded live (ANALOG).

Cool game, I like how you used the theme here in regards to consumerism.
When the bill got very high, having to wait for costumers to walk up to do the minigame got a bit tedious. I like that the minigame speeds up but I think you may have needed to add a little flavour there since it's the only gameplay mechanic.
All the art is really impressive and I love all the analog sfx, the game has a great and depressing vibe.

The CRT effect was a bit too much for me. I liked the concept, pretty original. It would have been nice if there were differences in the gameplay as it was too repetitive for me sometimes. Still, nice game!
The gameplay was a bit too simple, i tried to deliberately lose, but couldn't manage to lose customers on purpose. The CRT effect made the text very hard to read, but gave it a nice retro feel.

Simple but enjoyable game, really liked the art and sound/music. Was fun seeing very different characters coming to the vending macine.
The mini game got difficult quick could not make it past $18 rent... damn inflation
The text was a little difficult to read, I understand that is part of the vibe but for the comments about the character I would make it a little easier read, maybe slightly bigger font?

Only as a vending machine do I have the courage to blatantly steal from gangsters. But it all caught up to me so fast. This was really fun, loved the mini-game, I was good at hitting the green until I wasn't. Music was great, good job all around!
Wow I surprised that you did the music without a computer also the game was really fun I enjoyed seeing the new customers walk in (The guy with the gun got me thinking I was dead or going to die) overall really good game! :D
Thank you! Honestly the analog card just gave me an excuse to be lazy about the tunes lmao. I just recorded a couple improv sessions with my phone then stuck the good ones in the game.
