This game is amazing. The personality is oozing out of ever pixel on the screen. The squash and stretch when the logo started running?? Delicious. The gameplay was super fun! Not to difficult, but not a cakewalk either. Great job dev!

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot! I'm so happy you had fun with the difficulty. I thought was fair, but more playtesting would have probably refined it. Squash and stretch is so easy and effective in pixel art it's almost like free quality work, happy you noticed that too. Have a great day!

Im loving the execution with this one. The visuals are amazing, the controls feel nice and the sound effects are good. My favorite part of the game definitely has to be the three phase steam boss fight. Having each phase based around a valve game was so clever. Tho it would be nice to have a hit indicator when when hitting the boss, thought my attacks didnt work for a sec. Aside from that, geat job!

Developer

thank you very much! we thought of and implemented the idea of the boss fight on the last day, and we came within half an hour of delivery that we still hadn't prepared the build. As soon as the jam is over we will probably release an update that will also include a blink effect (like for the cursor) when the boss is hit. Thanks again for the feedback!

Incredible game! The cursor feels so good to control and the music and visuals seem so full of life. The humor is absolutely top notch too

Developer

thank you so much for the compliments, I'm really glad you liked it! We tried to take care of the details of the game as much as possible (although with the short time it was not easy) and I'm glad you noticed them

Insanely well made game! The final Steam bossfight could've been funnier if it uses more than just the sniper lol

Developer(+1)

thank you very much for the feedback! the last steam boss phase is a quote to cs, a game we love and hate at the same time, and we tried to return the same frustration we feel when we play it

Submitted(+1)

I really enjoyed it, it's soo creative and the levels are engaging, i dont have any critisizm on this its excellent! Great game!

Developer

Dude this means a lot, really! Thank you so much!

Submitted(+2)

Wow, the level of detail and references are so good and the game is challenging but fair

Really took the premise and ran with it!

Only thing I'd add is maybe some hit-stun/flash effect on the boss, because at first I wasn't sure if I was doing damage lol

Would love to see this expanded with adventures in other apps

Developer(+1)

Thank you, i super agree with your suggestion. Visual feedback is crucial for this kind of game, sadly we couldn't fit that feature in time for the submission.

Good game! Unfortunately, I didn't manage to be very good, but I spent a long time trying lol

Developer

Thank you so much for giving it a fair chance, I agree that the difficulty might be a little too much for a short jam game.

Good art and theming. A bit busy for my tastes but I could see someone really enjoying it.

Developer

Thanks a lot! The factors that impede visual clarity are many and although I'm satisfied(ish) with how the first level turned out, I agree that major improvements could have been made.

I love the art and animations! It feels very polished, and the gameplay itself is super fun :D

Developer

Thank you so much, I'm still a noob with pixel art but I'm very satisfied how it turned out! Thank you and have a nice day

Cool game - really had fun!

But you missed the level where you first need to update Unti Hub before you can run Unti again ;).

Developer

Thank you!
Unti hub BS  is so real xD.

Very creative idea and fun game. I enjoyed it!

Thank you so much!

This game is so hard! I love the little hurt cursor!

Great job! Its impossible to avoid the social media!

Developer(+1)

Word, maybe for a jam game I should have turned the difficulty down a tad.

Thank you so much for playing. Scrolling on social media is my reason why I never just get stuff started :/

Submitted(+1)

super creative idea! it was very fun to play, and the art was sooo good!!!

Developer

Thank you! I was in charge of making the art and I must say, it really was a challenge to draw stuff for 10 days straight since I'm a noob at it. I could have chosen a more consistent palette for more visual clarity, but whatever, we are all learning. Have a good  day!

Awesome game that fits the theme really well. Art style and gameplay were great

Developer(+1)

Tysm! This theme was really open for interpretation and I was scared we chose the laziest meaning of it, but in the end I'm just glad it fits xD

Hilarious idea

Developer

Thanks!

Well done. It was a very interesting take on the flap bird style genre. I did have issues with the house being so delayed from the cursor. Also, if I reached the corners of the screen

Developer (1 edit)

I see, we wanted to make the cursor a bit delayed to make every movement calculated and deliberate. However, team agrees that maybe the difficulty might be too much for a short jam game and I am to blame for it since I chose it to be that way. Sorry and thanks for trying it out!

Submitted

Don't worry about the difficulty, I thought it was fine. It was just causing issues if I accidently had my cursor leave the game or reach a corner of the screen in full-screen mode.

Submitted(+1)

Love the art and the idea, I did find it really difficult and a bit confusing at times.

Developer

Thank you for playing! I'm the guy to blame for the difficulty, team asked me to lower it but I was stubborn. :^)

Incredible game! It was quite a lot of fun and really intense! The steam boss fight was also brilliant, and I love all the little references it had in it. The art style was really coherent and visually appealing, too. The creativity of playing as the cursor and the finger gun was great, and the hearts getting their tabs closed when you take damage is lovely detail. All-round, a really brilliant game, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I'm still smiling now, as I write this. Good luck!

Developer

Dude, Thank you so much for the kind words, this is not the first jam I submitted but it's the first time I've worked on a project as a team and we are delighted to hear that someone liked it as much as we did! Much appreciated.

No problem! It was my pleasure.
