Thanks so much for the people playing it, it has passed under the public eye but we are really proud some of you have had a fun time at least trying it.

There are 4 easter eggs through the levels if anyone wants to find them and our personal speedrun is in the 4 minutes and 40 seconds if you like that kind of stuff

Also thank You for your crittics and reviews you made an awesome first experience

Wow this definitely went under the radar! 🔥
First of, as a fellow newbie, this was a incredible game, I finish the game all the way through, the messaging of the story, pixel art and music were so well executed, unfortunately the controls do feel sluggish and finicky, I had a handful of mistakes that didn't seem fair, maybe consider having a dash or fast fall option, fix the wall jump and such, because it it's current state, it does not feel good.
Overall a solid entry that went under the radar, this was surprisingly good, congratulation on finishing your first game! 🎉

Thank you for finishing the game! I do agree that the wall jump could use some work and sometime it doesnt seem clear where u can or cant jump in corners, we considered the dash action but ultimetly though it could make the game more complex than we could manage as a first project. Im glad u liked the story and characters

It was pretty difficult, but I managed to get through the game. Not bad for your first platformer!

Developer

Thank You so much for giving it a shot, we are glad you liked it! it has been quite the experience making our first game, and yeah we maybe overshot the difficulty

The controls could use some work but I still liked this! Good job :>

I absolutely love platformers and this one is no exception, great work, the pixel art is also pretty good, did you do that yourself?

Oh and feel free to try my game out too, i would love some feedback

Developer

Thank You!! the characters and some assets are ours yeah, the tile set is a recolor from a old west tileset in itch io. And sure we give it a try

A really cute and neat game! I liked how the game was calm and easy at first and then soon turned into a high-stakes timed platformer. The controls are smooth and work well, and the art and music work well to sell the theme! Unfortunately I am notoriously bad at platformers, couldn't get too far past meeting Yal, so the checkpoints were really appreciated! I think you definitely hit the nail on the head with the jam theme.

Developer

Thank You so much for playing, the 2 of us put a lot of effort in making the controls smooth so it feels fair even though its difficult, but i think you could have made it a bit more accesible, the jam theme hit me pretty close as it is something Ive been through lately so I really appreciate you like it :3
