Clean art, good music, fun gameplay. My only complaint is the lack of feedback for correct/incorrect package deposits, like a small sound effect. Otherwise, great stuff!
Sorting game x "Papers, Please," very fun :D I liked how it slowly stacked more rules but it still felt manageable by the end. My main gripe is that it feels clunky to move the boxes, in the sense my mind thinks there would be a bit of momentum after, or could tip into the bins if I barely missed them. I got used to it at the end but it still felt very awkward to try and sort them quickly, As well as the I think the layering of multiple boxes be ordered from oldest to newest (oldest being ontop of the other ones), I think it'd help with the pacing as players will keep mental notes of the next oldest box of where it should go, compared to being cut off when a box lands over it.
Nice sorting game, could use a feedback on right or wrong choices.
This game is great ! The fact that making mistakes doesn't give you a game over or something made me wanna play through the whole despite not being good ! A great concept !
WOWOW! This is sooooo engaging! I love the idea of a sorting game where you constantly add mechanics and new sorting rules. This game is really addicting. I had to force myself to not go "one more run" so I could move on to other games haha. I think it could be cool to add a rogue-like twist to it, where each run you get 3 different rules throughout instead of the same ones, but this way adds some speedrun-style value to playing the game over and over. I think the one thing that could be improved the most is the difficulty. At the start I wish the packages fell slower and less frequently and then ramped up coming into the new rules. But the most important feedback I have for you is to LAYER NEW PACKAGES BEHIND THE OLD ONES!! This would give the game less of a "ah I gotta dig to go find the first package that landed" and more of a "first in, first out." feeling, making the game feel more overwhelming (which I assume you're going for).
The tutorial was well-designed, but I wasn't sure what I was playing towards.
I couldn't read the top left display.
Aaaaand now I'm sorting packages for the next 10 minutes. Well done striking the balance where the new packages dropping were annoying but not overwhelming. The music is perfect, the rules benign but easy to follow, you really activated my lizard brain need to sort. Good job!
