- Putting aside the fact that rage games are hard to judge within the time limit we have to judge games, as patience and repetition are the required virtues of the gamers that play them (or masochism, but let’s avoid that one), this feels like it could fit the genre, if the controls were just a little tighter. Don’t confuse that with not allowing the ragdolling to occur, I liked that change to the original formula, but it takes forever to charge the jump or move around, especially since there isn’t really any reason to tap jump to speed up, and you can’t angle your jump preemptively. I also liked the minimalist approach to the graphical style, though the tileset chosen makes it feel out of place, like an old flash game… might I suggest using a monochrome version, or drawing it yourself like the other sprites you have (being careful to keep collision precise, of course). Moving on to the Game Design Document, everything that I look for was there, except for a future planning section. This section is important because it shows you the things that can be completed if you have extra time, or what things can be done after the project is submitted. All in all, great work!!!

Onion Man jumps to find his leg, he's ragdoll

He only has one leg, this leads to his leg being wobbly, leading to more unique and unpredictable gameplay

This is exactly how onions jump with 1 leg. It's a funny rage game and the super repetitive music almost adds to that.
Cool take on the theme—having only one leg made for a pretty fun and unique experience!
Reminds me of Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy =)
I'm not sure you're playing as an onion, though. In the version I played the main character reminds me of something else, sorry)
This game should be beatable
