Has potential, needs some basic things like not being able to go past the borders. Web browser window scrolls when using arrow keys, might be better to use a mouse for aiming. Lacks sound and very generic graphics. But all of that could easily be improved.

Good base to build upon, but working with Zig and Raylib is very interesting and impressive!

Impressive to see Zig+raylib! There's some potential here, but there's still more work to be done

A simple concept, but it's not a bad thing. The projectiles don't travel too far before disappearing, making you need to move a lot. This makes the game super hard because instead of firing a gun you essentially have a sword and need to move closer to the enemies. I would also add some music for some feeling of more action.

Overall I enjoyed it. I think it's a great base for a nice short game. I would also appreciate if you could rate my project :)

Cute looking lil game <3, I just wish there was an end screen showing how much points I got.

ZIG + Raylib is patrician choice. I've toyed around with a similar setup for a demo but to actually make a game in a gamejam wth this takes balls. Good work!

Hey, I wanted to take an opportunity to say thank you for your detailed write up on your experience with zig as a new language back at the jam discord server!
I understand that tackling a new language on time constraints is really hard. I don't believe I'd get even as far as getting it to build for emscripten target in such a short time :)
And thank you for publishing the source code, it's been very interesting to poke around and get the feel for the language.
Wish you luck in your future projects!
