Your dedication message in the about section legit made me tear up, I thought of my fiance who similarly encourages me and stands by me through good and bad. By god we've had our fair share of bad times together.
Fantastic little game, it was tough getting the timing right on level 4 when playing solo. There is a lot of room here for expansion in terms of level you've got a solid base to work from.
I love the minimalist style you've gone for I feel it fits with the gameplay and notion of the goal.
Overall a nice warm and fuzzy little game that's got a solid foundation, excellent work.

Really liked the concept, but the flashing speed used on the map started to trigger my photosensitivity and make me nauseous, just in case you plan to build on it!
Thank you so much! I actually suspected that that might be a problem for some people so there's a setting to toggle off the animation flickering! However you do have to go through the title screen to get to it, so if I add onto this game I'll probably add a popup right at the very beginning where you can turn it off. Thanks for the feedback!
Just wanted to let you know that I’ve gone ahead and added a splash screen where the animation effects are toggle-able before you even start the game. And the animation flicker should be disabled on that first screen, so I hope that resolves any issues! No pressure to give it another go or anything, game jam is long over, but wanted to provide an update anyways!
The music was calming and I did enjoy the mini story. Made me feel very sentimental. The ability to play co-op made me nostalgic, lowkey. Haven't played one of those since I was a kid. While it's good for accessibility I also think it adds a lot to the story, being able to play a game about always finding your person with said person :')

A very fun and beautiful game with a nice message to it, i liked that it could also be played co-op as well as there being a good amount of accessibility in the settings!

Cute! Level two third spike on the bottom (right side) has a pretty unforgiving collider
Thanks so much for the feedback! I tried to make the hitboxes forgiving given the art style and all, but some of them are definitely a little weird. I'll definitely try to fix that!
