How does your game fit the theme?
In Dream LOOP, the player is trapped in a never-ending cycle of nightmares, forced to face their deepest phobias over and over again. Every time the player dies or completes a challenge, they "wake up" and re-enter the loop, reliving the experience until they overcome their fears. The gameplay itself is structured around loops, where failure restarts the sequence, and success softens the nightmare, creating a meaningful loop both narratively and mechanically.

I like the idea with the photos here

Developer

Thanks ! Yes, I had the idea to use a photo instead of modeling an actual city. It’s a lighter solution that helps save both performance and storage space

Yeah, cutting corners creatively also leads to unique styling sometimes.

If you want to, please check out my game as well :)

Died on the last jump, pc almost overheating. 10/10 would recommend 👍

Developer

Too bad you died on that last jump… you were so close to discovering an amazing underwater world !  Thank you so much for your comment and recommendation

I like the narrative but the parkour was pretty difficult, I'm not sure if this is intended but the platforms are very low opacity which makes it harder to guage the distance
I do like the ambience of the wake up scene it looks better than some horror games ive played hahaha

Developer

Thank you so much! I really tried to create an immersive atmosphere. I'm sorry the first level is so difficult.
The low opacity of the platforms is intentional to add some challenge — but once you complete the level, if you replay it, the platforms will become clearly visible!
