nice conept, I have seen games where your old body acts as a platform or as a button presser but not both at the same time (at least not done this well)
Movement feels a bit odd though, I think the camera is in front of the rotation axes, which I personally didn't like

Developer

Hey, thanks for your feedback glad you liked it. Yes the movement definitely needs some work, From memory yes the camera is in front of the rotation axis, it wasn't like this in the first version it was a last minute change based on other feedback, that when it looks like you can clear a corner the mesh actually might not be past the object so you will collide, moving the camera fixed this to an extent but made the movement worse.

Really creative and a standout from the games I have played so far

Thank you!

Great double entendre on the looping concept. Although the movement felt a little weird and the corner collision were bothersome, I was still able to complete the game fully.

If you'd like tips on the collision issues, I would consider looking into the "Collide and Slide" collision algorithms. Poke Dev on youtube has a good video explaining it

Developer

Hey, thanks for your feedback, Yeah the collision and movement were what I had the most problems with, I was constantly tweaking them but never got it quite right. First time making a 3D game in Godot, collisions and movement is a lot easier in 2D imo. Thanks for the suggestion will definitely check collide and slide out!

Nice story and concept! A suggestion I have is that I think it would be better if the loops took longer to complete (since it is a puzzle game so it gives time to think about the puzzle)  or if you could control when they stop.

Developer

Glad you liked it. Yeah that's a good idea, being able to pause the timer to and prevent looping whilst still allowing you to move around, would probably be good, definitely would allow people to think out the puzzle first or read the signs.

I liked it, the puzzles you chose seemed very well thought out.
