Nice game!
This is a great submission. The atmosphere + art style are a great vibe, and it actually made me play all the way through when I might not have initially. Main points of feedback are that there shouldn't be so much spot the difference with the trees, and I think making the cuttable ones more obvious would be good. Also, there should be a bit more guidance on how everything can be used, but I figured it out so it's not a huge deal. I really enjoyed playing this as the first game I'm rating!
I really liked the concept of returning to the beginning to get farther, and there were some good puzzles.

The pixel art style is colorful yet simple, and the loop mechanic of returning to the start of the path keeps you on your toes. The enchanted forest atmosphere feels mysterious and inviting, and the level design makes exploration engaging without feeling overwhelming. The controls are responsive, and the pacing keeps the gameplay satisfying from start to finish. A great jam entry with a unique twist
