Loved the artwork, well done in such a short time. The loop (both gameplay and narrative) were simple but very enjoyable. If possible, making a web build would make it more accessible to play, but that's a minor gripe. Overall, great job!

Dude, I liked your game, but I think my game got stucked and I can't progress. I tried to re-download but the problem still happens. I tried to record a video, as you can see in the timestamp below the video, but I couldn't upload so I took a screenshot. Well, I was enjoying the story, it's really funny, and the artstyle and musics are very good, if you can help me to avoid this issue I'd continue to play the game.
Found the bug: If a projectile over-penetrates, killing an enemy and also kills the one behind—the game freezes.
Workaround: Fire the minimum number of projectiles needed to kill each enemy so nothing passes through to the next.

Hey, can you teach me how to erase my saved data? In the first time I opened the game, my headphone wasn't working, so I closed the game to fix that, and when I opened the game again, it skipped to another chapter of the story, so I'd wish to erase and start from the scratch, but I couldn't find where is the saved data, even re-download the game doesn't help to do it
Hey, actually I tried again and I could beat the game, following the workaround from woodneeded, nice job in the game, I thought the story was pretty funny, and everything looks fine, excluding that glitch.
omg you rock for tying it again! Imagine that the second playthrough all the dialogue is different. I had rewritten for the second loop but we had no more time to add it T.T. - also I like that your screenshot shows the fairy fart hahaha

Absolutely loved the art style — it’s outstanding!
The character design and overall aesthetic are super charming, and the narrative tone (especially with the sarcastic skull staff) adds a lot of personality. It really feels like the work of an artist stepping into game development, and for that: huge respect — you’ve done a great job bringing the world to life.
Gameplay-wise, it’s pretty simple, but that’s totally okay given the jam context and the clear artistic focus. Unfortunately, I encountered a bug after the first choice before the ex-girlfriend - I could still shoot but couldn’t move anymore, so I couldn’t progress past that point.
Despite that, I had a great time with what I could play. I’d love to see a post-jam version or a continuation of this concept. Great job!

The story on a second play through actually would have all adjusted dialogue but we ran out of time! I think it would be nice to continue the game!

No problem. I think you'll like it! Death By Marriage starts off not seeming like a horror game at all and it slowly unravels a dark plot twist along the way.
