I beat this game on a track pad and I am extremely proud of myself. Can't say I didn't kill any cattle but that's the price of victory.

Quite fun to play! Good job. :D If I can give a piece of feedback, I'd make it so the wolves don't simply come at you right away (but rather run in between the cows and are trying to attack them or something), as then you can't kill them off immediately and do the lassoing without any danger whatsoever.

The original plan was to have them attack the cows but I didnt have time for the mechanic and animation. The wolves have two states a very short roam state like the cows have and a chase state where they lunge if they get close enough to the player. And thanks for the suggestions.

Nice game, it could make a decent roguelike. It's fun to play.
Cool idea with the ranch. Too bad it turned out short, I think you should abandon the level system and make the game endlessly difficult, or switch to a roguelike session with pumping and also difficulty. The graphics and sounds are nice. Maybe you should consider other types of weapons, enemies, your pets?
I could have made it endlessly difficult, adding more pets enemies was impossible cause then I would need to draw and animate all of that and there was no time, im a solo dev.

The cows are so cute! It’s deceptively tricky to shoot the wolves while avoiding the cattle.
Very fun game just a bit short. Has some potential for improvement like adding new enemies or cows of a different type. The shoot sfx makes the shooting very enjoyable. I would have liked some more narrative which I think you could add with the new enemies/species. Also I like when games have a start screen but that's just my opinion. Good work! :)

Fun idea! Loved the lasso-shooting loop simple but engaging. Could be cool if the lasso had more looping effects.
Sweet simple game, the mechanic of standing still to catch while wolves attack makes it interesting. You could maybe even expand on the mechanic by punishing the player for extending the lasso too far by having to reel it back in.

Fun experience with great visuals and sound, only issue is that the conncetion with the theme is a bit weak.

Very fun game! I could see this game getting fleshed out and being even more fun. I had a lot of fun shooting the wolves, it was fun to have bullet travel time and predicting their movement. If the wolves went for the cows that would add a time element that would add some adrenaline.
I won too fast, I wanted to keep playing! Very fun, but since there's a fixed amount of animals, you can just shoot the wolves first and then take your sweet time to lasso the cows.
Yeah, sadly the bug is you reload your ammo after killing a wolf which isnt supposed to happen, but I couldn't upload the fixed build in time.
Your game blew out my ear drums, holy moly. But on a more serious note. A very fun little game, the movement felt good and shooting the gun was fun and responsive. I would personally try to limit the amount of text that you throw at a player at the start of a game.

There is a bug where killing a wolf reloads your gun.
