Had a bit of fun trying to get better at this game and I liked the art style and idea behind this game, it was however very hard to control haha. I ended up being able to do full loops around the outside of the map but when I tried to go into any of the inner corridoors I inevitably ended up messing it up and hitting a wall. It would have been cool if it was easier to survive a bit longer to be able to see the theme of eating your own tail. Maybe you could make it so that the player has a number of lives and they only lose one each time they hit a wall instead of just dying.
Was fun though :).
thank you for trying it out and for the feedback, it sounds like you were able to get the hang of it a bit at least. the controls were really bad, i totally agree. i was very focused on the programming side for this jam trying some new stuff i learned and just sort of hoped the gameplay would take care of itself but it definitely didn't lol. hopefully next year i'll be able to enter something that's actually fun to play, we'll see. thank you again!

i loved horace's animation chompy guy. i dont have the patient precision to navigate all of these turns consistently, feels like my hands r gonna cramp up but im playing on kb. i managed a run where i ate the big egg but i didnt make it to eating my tail >v< but i think its a vibe
