Hey there. It happened to me before and it sucks. Even though the game doesn't run and you missed out on showcasing for this jam, share your hard work elsewhere when you can. We would love to see what you came up with. I hope to see your next entry at the next jam!

You need to ZIP all the files that are built with the game, not just the .EXE file, otherwise the game doesn't run at all.
Heyo, I think you missed a file when uploading your game. I tried executing both the Windows and Linux versions on my machine and I got the same error about the missing .pck file:
I think this is a requirement for Godot made games - to either include it as a part of the executable during export or to include it alongside the executable.
